How to Get Help

There are several ways to reach out to us:
Via email: Our email is - a ticket will be automatically created with us
Via the IT Helpdesk channel on the C@C Team (London Volunteers only) - Got a quick question around Teams, Outlook or on-site equipment? You can ask them here; if further action is needed we will redirect you to our Helpdesk. to access it on Teams.
Via phone: 03455 274 747 Phone lines are open at these times: Monday 11th December 2023 to Tuesday 19th December 2023: from 10am to 6pm Wednesday 20th December 2023 to Thursday 4th January 2024: from 9am to 7:30pm Friday 5th January 2024 to Friday 19th December 2023: from 10am to 6pm Outside of these hours if you have an urgent issue at your Centre affecting more than 1/3 of your devices, please call the same number and you will be able to speak to our on-call volunteer.
